Popless Microphone ON/OFF Switch with LED Indicators

The Alectro Systems MMSI-S is a fully silent muting foot switch with indicator lights. It works with any balanced Dynamic or Condenser microphone or DI box having a standard 3 pin XLR connector, enabling you to turn the microphone or instrument on and off without producing a click or pop on your sound system. The MMSI-S comes with a silent push button foot switch for use on the floor or table. The quiet nature of the switch itself makes it ideal for both live and recording purposes.The unit has one Female XLR connector to plug in the microphone cable and one Male XLR to connect to your mixer.

A Blue LED indicates that power is present, and a Green LED indicates when the microphone is turned ON. When the LEDs are not lit, they appear Clear, so there is no confusion whether they are on or off. A switch is present to choose between the battery or a 9 volt power supply (optional).

The device is housed in a rugged steel case, about 3.5”W x 4.875”L x 1.75”H. The MMSI-S is supplied optional rubber feet.
